1 Data Collection and B2B Processing
Tranzir processes data strictly to fulfill our contractual obligations to our commercial clients. We collect account details and usage metrics. All financial and billing data is processed securely through our Merchant of Record (Paddle); Tranzir does not store your raw credit card information.
2 Biometric Data Processing (BIPA & GDPR Compliance)
Tranzir processes audio files to generate synthetic voice models.
- No Foundational Training: We do not use your videos or voice samples to train our own foundational AI models.
- Storage & Deletion: Voice samples are processed through our authorized infrastructure and are purged upon account deletion or a verified request.
You, as the Data Controller, are responsible for securing the legal consent of any individual whose voice you process through our platform.
3 Authorized Sub-Processors
To deliver high-fidelity AI processing, we route encrypted data through vetted third-party sub-processors. By using Tranzir, you consent to the use of:
