Refund Policy
1 No-Refund Policy for Digital Computation
Due to the nature of our AI Services, which incur immediate, non-recoverable computational costs (GPU processing) and third-party API execution (e.g., ElevenLabs) the moment a task begins, all sales and credit consumptions are final. Tranzir operates a strict no-refund policy.
2 Waiver of Cooling-Off Period
As Tranzir is exclusively a B2B platform, you acknowledge that by initiating a video dubbing or voice synthesis task, the service is considered fully "consumed." You explicitly waive any statutory right of withdrawal or "cooling-off" period.
3 Subscription Cancellation
You may cancel your subscription at any time via your billing dashboard. Cancellation prevents future charges, but no prorated refunds will be issued for unused time or credits in your current billing cycle.
4 Exceptions
Refunds are solely at Tranzir's discretion and will only be considered in the event of a verified, systemic technical failure where the platform completely failed to deliver the generated output despite consuming your credits.
Subjective dissatisfaction with AI translation nuances or voice tone is not a valid ground for a refund.
